Started in 1987 by the Agrawal brothers — Shri Umesh Kumar Agarwal and Shri Sudesh Kumar Agarwal — and formally registered on 1st March 1993, M/S Shree Durga Prasad & Sons began as a specialised wholesale trading house for Ghee and Skimmed Milk Powder (SMP). Today, as a proprietorship distributing 30+ dairy brands across three godowns totalling 16,000 sq. m, it is the beating heart of our family enterprise.
The wholesale dairy business is led entirely by Shri Sudesh Kumar Agarwal, while his elder brother Shri Umesh Kumar Agarwal stewards the family's other ventures — Shri Durga Infrastructure & Developers (2002), M M Marbles (2015) and EM KAY DEE road construction (2017). Together, the brothers have grown SDPS into an Agra landmark — united by one promise of uncompromising quality, ethical dealing, and lasting relationships.

Owns logistics, godown rotation and dispatch — ensuring every tin and bag moves FIFO from our 16,000 sq. m warehousing to the customer, on schedule.
